Luna is molting....more accurately, she's "throwing coat" - aka shedding everywhere!  Gotta love the husky in her......This was not a good time for my Roomba to quit on me.  I am sweeping up handfuls of hair every day, AND she's getting brushed every day (not be me - AJ does the brushing).   A new Roomba has been shipped, which will help tremendously in keeping the fur in the house down. 

But she's a good girl anyway.....

 

The dogs and I went for a walk (again) in the field - the flowers are just amazing!  I know it will be all brown and dry in a matter of weeks, so I really enjoy the greenery and spring flowers while they are here.  Luna photo-bombed my tree photo.

 

Well, we tried a "thing" for Luna - an inflatable collar instead of the cone of shame.  It was a fail, but she looked good!  Her hot spot turned out to be an infected anal gland, so she was on antibiotics and anti-inflammatories.  She did get a clean bill of health from the vet yesterday, with a follow-up checkup in a month, so she's free from the cone for now.  

Poor Luna is wearing the "cone of shame".  She has a hot spot on her backside, and a vet appointment on Saturday. In the meantime, she's in a collar.  She isn't happy, and James is concerned.
