I don't think I'll get much besides laundry done today, but....I finished AJ's viking hat this morning!  Here is the hat - I had it done last weekend:

Here is the beard - in pieces.

I was trying to figure out the placement of the beard, and looked up.  Here's Alli's expression from the couch:

No wonder - here's what I looked like trying it on:

Here it is - all laid out,  It is huge!  It used almost all of a large skein of Supersaver yarn for the beard.

The final project on the proper recipient:

He's very happy with it.  I like the hat - but not the beard so much.  He is also wearing the new jacket he got shopping yesterday - another hit.
